Bio
Shunbo Lei (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR, China, in 2017. He was a Visiting Scholar with Argonne National Laboratory, Lemont, IL USA, from 2015 to 2017, a Postdoctoral Researcher with The University of Hong Kong from 2017 to 2019, and a Research Fellow with the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, USA, from 2019 to 2021. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the School of Science and Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, China. His research interests include power systems, resilience, grid-interactive efficient buildings, optimization and learning.
He is also an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid and IEEE Power Engineering Letters, a young editorial board member of the Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems, and an awardee of the IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid Outstanding Paper Award.
