Laurent Dupont

Laurent Dupont received the Electrical Engineering degree and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan (ENS-Cachan), France, in 2002 and 2006, respectively. After ten years of experiences in industry, he works as a Researcher Scientist in the SATIE Laboratory, French Institute of Science and Technology for Transport, Development, and Networks, Versailles, France, since 2007. His research interests include robustness evaluation of power semiconductor modules under electrothermal constraints. The research activities are especially focused about parameters which allow estimations of the temperatures and the aging indicators of power components in functional conditions.
