My present main research interests are: 1. Identification of biomarkers and mechanisms determining the drug response and co-morbidity in epilepsy patients. My work in this area is part of the strategic research alliance BrainDrugs (https://braindrugs.nru.dk/) funded by the Lundbech Foundation. 2. The development of more precise methods for localising the epileptogenic zone and networks in epilepsy surgery candidates. 3. The development and implementation of innovative treatment strategies in epilepsy.
