个人简介
Pete Ladlow joined the Academic Department of Military Rehabilitation (ADMR) at the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC), Headley Court (UK) in 2013 before moving to its new facility at DMRC Stanford Hall in 2018. Previously, Pete worked at the Sports Training Village at the University of Bath as a UKSCA accredited strength and conditioning coach (2008 to 2013). Pete completed his postgraduate studies at Loughborough University (MSc) and University of Bath (PhD) - where he now holds a honorary research fellowship position.
Dr Ladlow is a BASES Accredited Sport and Exercise Scientist and the exercise physiology lead for UK Defence Rehabilitation. Research interests include investigating the biological basis of exercise-based rehabilitation strategies on injured UK military personnel following traumatic and/or degenerative lower-limb injuries. A primary focus explores how to better integrate the principles of strength and conditioning into musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
