Research interests:
The interest is focused on applied thermodynamics and phase equilibria of electrolytes;
Modeling and simulation of industrial process operations with electrolyte;
Photocatalyst reaction on titanium dioxide.
The major research goal is the large scale preparation of ultra-fine low dimension material and the optimization of chemical engineering process for complex system. Developed novel methods for synthesis and characterizing titanian based whiskers, and applied this advanced materials in reinforced composite and photocatalysis reaction. The objects include electrolyte solution, interface of solid and liquid. To explore and fundametal the character of sub-micro state and coordinate description of macro state, the methods of molecular simulation, process simulation and characterization of microcosmic structure are used. In the research area more than 200 papers are published, including AIChE, Ind. Eng. Chem. Res., J. Phys. Chem. C., Chem. Comm., Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys. et al. and cited nearly 700 times in total.
