个人简介
My research works are devoted to the study of impact of environmental perturbations on cell structures, acclimation, adaptation and survival. The major focus of my research is to understand, at the biophysical, molecular and cellular
levels, how microorganisms react to environmental changes (temperature, pH, oxidation, pressure, dehydration…). The knowledge that is developed is aimed at improving the quality of food and at developing sustainable production processes.
