Kyu Choi

Kyu Choi received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in physics from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea, in 1969 and 1974, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in solid-state physics from the University of Oregon, Eugene, in 1978. He is currently at O2IC, Santa Clara, CA, where he is focusing on the integration of volatile and non-volatile memory in the same memory cell. He has held technical and management positions at Intel, Signetics, Synertek-Honeywell, Samsung Electronics, and Soft Device in various areas of device and process technology. He holds numerous patents in semiconductor memories.
