Kunyang Wang (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in mechanical engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2012 and 2014, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Manchester, Manchester, U.K., in 2019. Since 2021, he has been an Associate Professor with Jilin University, Changchun, China. His current research interests include human biomechanics, bioinspired robotics, mechatronics, prosthetics, and healthcare devices. Dr. Wang is currently a Standing Member of the Youth Commission of the International Society of Bionic Engineering (ISBE) and a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). He is an Associate Editor for the Journal of Bionic Engineering and IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA).
