个人简介
Kosuke O. Hara received his Ph.D. degree in Energy Science from Kyoto University in 2011 in the area of Nonequilibrium Materials Processing. His Ph.D. thesis concerned the study of the phase stability of materials under mechanical milling. He joined the Crystal Physics Laboratory, Institute for Materials Research, Tohoku University in 2011 as a Postdoctoral Fellow. In the new research field of semiconductor science, he started to study the fundamental properties and processing technology of solar-cell material BaSi2, which was continued after moving to Graduate School of Engineering, Nagoya University as an Assistant Professor in 2013. He is currently working for the realization of earth-abundant high-efficiency BaSi2 solar cells at Center for Crystal Science and Technology, University of Yamanashi since November 2014.
