个人简介
Komatsuzaki has been leading studies of no-return transition state by using normal form theory in dynamical systems theory, and data-driven mathematical science covering chemistry and biology on a global basis. His primary research is a rigorous transition state of a chemical reaction under microenvironments, including gas phase and condensed phase, and an exact solution of reaction paths in phase space which enables us to predict how the reaction decides its destinations (JCP 1999-, Theo. Chem. Acc. 2014, PNAS 2002, PRL 2006, 2007, 2010, 2011, 2015, Nonlinearity 2015, J. Math. Phys. 2017, Eds. Adv. Chem. Phys. (John Wiley Inc. Sons.) 2005, 2011). He developed the theory to express data-driven molecular dynamics by carving out states, state space networks, energy landscapes in thermally fluctuating environments from the observed data (PNAS 2006, 2007, 2007, 2008, JACS 2012, PRL2013, JCP 2013, 2014, Nature Comm. 2015, Nature Chem Bio. 2017, Eds. Adv. Chem. Phys. (John Wiley Inc. Sons.) 2012). He also concentrates his effort on developing statistically accurate methodology to extract physical quantities that lie behind the noisy real data (ACS Nano 2012, JPCB 2013, JPCL 2014). He has been promoting interdisciplinary chemical research through invited lectures on the kinetic theory of chemical reactions at renowned international conferences in the field of mathematical science.
