个人简介
Young-Hwa Kim received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Sogang University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2008, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, South Korea, in 2010, and 2016, respectively.
He joined Samsung Electronics, Hwaseong, South Korea, in 2016, where he was involved in the design of mobile and graphic DRAMs. His research interests include analog-to-digital converters, high-speed interface circuits, memory datapath, and next-generation memory architecture.
