Career Trajectory
Bio
Kenji Ishikawa received the Ph.D. degree from Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan, in 2006.
He has been a Project Professor with the Center for Low-Temperature Plasma Sciences, Nagoya University, Nagoya, Japan, since 2020. He was a Project Professor with the Center of Plasma Nano-Interface Engineering, Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan, in 2019. He is currently involved in studies on novel plasma technologies, such as plasma nanoscience, plasma medicine, and plasma agriculture, and on plasma diagnostics, such as vibrational (IR/Raman/SFG) spectroscopy and electron spin resonance (ESR). His research interest focuses on radical reactions involving free radicals in living organisms.
Dr. Ishikawa is a member of the Japan Society of Applied Physics.
