个人简介
I am a nutrition scientist with ten years of expertise in dietary assessment and monitoring and evaluation of nutrition interventions in low and middle-income countries. My primary research contributions have been to illuminate the role of genetics in iron deficiency, and to develop food-based solutions for eliminating nutrient deficiencies – research that will inform progress in meeting SDG2: Zero Hunger. I have published on these topics in various journals.
