个人简介
I have always been drawn to explaining the why behind the world around around us. The field of neuroscience is fascinating because it explores how and why we learn.
I studied the role of specific inhibitory neurons in brain plasticity, on to the Arenkiel lab at Baylor College of Medicine where I continued to study inhibitory neurons and plasticity and lastly to Guoping Feng’s lab at MIT. Throughout my journey specific themes of hands on techniques to study and study learning itself have emerged.
I work on MCB 80 where we have worked on transforming the class by adding additional guest lectures, demonstrations, applications and blended learning for an in-depth introduction to the brain.
