I am currently investigating the selfish selection of de novo mutations in the male germline. This work addresses a fundamental question in human biology: how, why, and how often do new mutations arise in our genomes and lead to disease? I am also a tutor in Biochemistry at Pembroke College, University of Oxford and a Junior Research Fellow at St Anne's College, Oxford and the Oxford Centre for Personalised Medicine.
