Bio
Ken Smith received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in chemistry from Arizona State University, Tempe, in 1992 and 1995, respectively.
In 1995, he joined the Motorola Semiconductor Product Sector, Tempe, AZ, as a Process Engineer, where he was involved with photolithography, plasma etch development, diffusion, and epitaxial deposition. In 1999, he joined Advanced Reticle Technology Development, Motorola. In 2001, he began his involvement with MRAM process development and integration.
