个人简介
I am a postdoctoral researcher in the lab of Professor Sebastien Jacquemont at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Saint Justine Research Center, affiliated with the Université de Montréal in Canada. My current research focuses on investigating the impact of rare copy number variations (CNVs) on cognition, brain structure, and function.
I received my Ph.D. in Applied Research from École de Technologie Supérieure (ÉTS) in Montreal, Canada, where I was supervised by Professor Christian Desrosiers. During my Ph.D., I specialized in analyzing multi-modal human brain MRI data, using machine learning and data analysis techniques to obtain brain fingerprints for individual subject characterization.
Before embarking on my academic career, I worked as a Scientist at the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). My research interests include data science, imaging genetics, medical image analysis, and neuroscience.
In summary, I am a highly motivated researcher with a strong background in data science, medical image analysis, and genetics, and a passion for understanding the links between brain structure, function, and cognition.
