个人简介
The passion towards teaching makes me, set a goal to be a good Professor. My decision made me to take a path of my career by taking Biochemistry as my field of study. While studying I was deeply motivated by my Professors and upon their advice, I decided to pursue my Masters in the same field. After my master degree I plan to take up an M.Phil. degree to achieve my goal in the teaching profession. I worked on two projects during my M.Sc. and M.Phil. degree at Central Leather Research Institute, Chennai that gave me the knowledge towards research activities. After my M.Phil. degree, I entered as a lecturer in SMK Fomra Institute of Technology affiliated to Anna University. As a lecturer, I continuously produced 100% results in all the subjects that I handled and specially awarded by the SMK Fomra Management. To enrich my knowledge towards technology I planned to take-up M.Tech. Degree in Biotechnology and successfully completed and continued my teaching profession in the same Institute. I was promoted to the Associate Professor and Head of Biomedical Department. As the leader I organized symposiums, conferences, Industrial visit, Placement Drive, Workshop to the students of Biomedical department. I further, was promoted as management representative in the same Institute and took up academic and administrative leadership along with my Teaching. The passion towards teaching pulls me to take up a Ph.D. degree and slowly I start to get into research along with my teaching. I shifted to Saveetha School of Engineering, SIMATS Chennai to develop my research along with academics. I worked hard to get a funded project to establish my research field and communicated more than 5 research articles in my biomaterial domain as a part of research. Now, I have 3 patents and 10 Publications more than 10 conference papers as my credentials. My aim is to establish myself in the field of academics by providing innovative ideas in research and teaching learning processes through Pedagogy.
