Jutta Buschbom

Jutta focuses in her work on long-lived and widespread organisms. She currently works on designing and implementing a work environment, including a chain-of-custody, reference dataset infrastructure and statistical analysis environment, for bridging the gap between conservation genetic research and application. Her goal is to transform recently developed, very sophisticated population-genomic approaches into practical conservation tools that are applicable under real-world operating conditions.
