Jun-Dao Luo

Jun-Dao Luo was born in Taiwan, in 1987. He received the B.S. degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, I-Shou University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in 2011, and the M.S. degree from the Graduate Institute of Electro-Optical Science and Technology, National Taiwan Normal University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2013. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Institute of Electronics, National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. His research interests include ferroelectric random access memory devices, dielectric materials, and electronic devices.
