University degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics (University of Basque Country, Spain, 2004-2008) and in Food Science and Technology (University of Granada, Spain, 2009-2012). Master degree in Human Nutrition (University of Granada, 2008-2009). PhD in Food Science and Technology at the Unversity of Lleida, Spain (2012-2016), thesis entitle "Colonic metabolism of phenolic compounds: from in vitro to in vivo approach". Postodoctoral fellowship (2017-2018) and current possition as assistant researcher at the Facultry of Pharmacy and Biochemistry-IBIMOL, University of Buenos Aires-CONICET (2017-2018), reserach line "hypolipidemic and hypoglycaemic effect of plant-based bioactive compounds".
