John S. Neal

John S. Neal is a consultant in space environment forecasting methodologies. He has a BS in physics from the U.S. Naval Academy, an MS in physics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a PhD in nuclear engineering from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Lawrence W. Townsend is a Professor in the Nuclear Engineering Department at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He has a BS in physics from the U.S. Naval Academy, an MS in physics from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, and a PhD in physics from the University of Idaho.
