个人简介
Josep M. Rossell was born in 1957. He received the PhD degree in Mathematics from the Universitat Politécnica de Cataluña (UPC) in 1998. He is Full Professor at the UPC from May 2017 and belongs to Department of Mathematics (UPC). Josep M. Rossell is member of the CoDAlab research group, an active interdisciplinary intersection of applied mathematics, physics, systems and control theory and engineering. His main research focuses on large-scale systems, decentralized control, robust control, vibrational control of structures and parallel robots, both in the theoretical and applied aspects.
He is author/co-author of 86 papers in indexed journals, a good number of them in the Q1; 83 proceedings of internationals congresses or conferences; 10 books, 14 book chapters and 5 research reports. He has been the Principal Investigator (IP) in 5 competitive research projects, 1 of them a European project, and has participated as investigator in 11 research projects more.
