Bio
John B. Steeves received the Ph.D. degree in aerospace engineering from Caltech. He is currently an Opto-Mechanical Engineer with Amazon’s Project Kuiper. Previously, he was an Optical Engineer with the Advanced Deployable Structures Group, NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), California Institute of Technology. His research interests include active mirrors, wavefront sensing techniques, and optical system modeling for space-based instrumentation.
