John R. Butnor

John R. Butnor received the B.S. degree in forest and environmental biology from the College of Environmental Science and Forestry, State University of New York, Syracuse, NY, USA, in 1993, and the M.S. degree in forest biology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, VA, USA, in 1996. He is a Research Plant Physiologist with the USDA Forest Service, Southern Research Station, pursuing a Diverse Program in plant adaptation to climate, terrestrial carbon sequestration, and geophysical applications in forest research.
