J.G. Raith

I am a geoscientist interested in the study of mineral raw materials and various types ore deposits. My special interest is on tungsten deposits. Recently, research in my group includes critical raw materials but also topics of Applied Mineralogy (e.g. hydrogen storage). Current projects focus on strata-bound tungsten deposits and magnesite deposits in the Eastern Alps and porphyry and epithermal mineralization in the Tethyan orogenic belt.
