Jixiang Zhang

Jixiang Zhang received the B.S. degree in communication engineering from Northwest University, Xi’an, Shaanxi, China, in 2013, and the M.S. degree in communication and information systems from Xidian University, Xi’an, in 2016. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the School of Information Science and Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing, China. His research interest focuses on the timeliness of the communication systems, in particular, the analysis of the age of information for general status updating systems, using the theories of probability and statistic process. In addition, the fundamental problems in communication systems are also interested, such as information theory and the coding theory.
