As an active participant and contributor in the fields of communications and life electronics, Professor Lin joins in various academic organizations such as The Chinese Institute of Electronics(CIE), the Chinese Institute of Communications(CIC), the China Instrument and Control Society(CICS). He holds more than 20 patents and patent applications. He has coauthored more than 30 journal and conference articles. He won the National 2nd Class Award for Science and Technology Achievement in communications in 2004, in digital medical equipment in 2011 respectively. His current research focuses on the short range wireless communications, indoor and outdoor position and services, and intelligent system and applications.
