Jin-Man Han

Jin-Man Han received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea, in 1989. He joined Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Gyeonggi-do, Korea, in 2008 and, from 2008 to 2013, led the design of next-generation nand flash devices as a Vice President. Since 2014, he has been a Vice President of the Solutions Product Engineering in charge of developing solid-state drives and embedded solutions. Mr. Han has been a member of the Technical Program committee of the IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference since 2011.
