目前研究方向:
半导体光电探测器模拟(二维材料光电探测器、二类超晶格红外探测器)、半导体材料计算和电子器件模拟等。
主要成果:
主要研究领域为低维材料的第一性原理计算和电子器件模拟。迄今为止在Nano Research,PCCP, JMCC等SCI刊物上发表论文20余篇。担任JPCC审稿人。
