研究方向及兴趣
➢ 脊椎动物胚胎发育:以斑马鱼为模式动物,综合利用发育生物学、遗传学、细胞生物学、生物化学等技术手段探究早期胚胎发育的调控机理,特别是母源因子对胚胎图式形成、细胞发育命运的调控;
➢ 人类遗传性疾病的动物模型构建及发病机理探究;
➢ 重大出生缺陷及先天发育障碍的机理探究(如胆管闭锁、消化道畸形、先天巨结肠等)
