长期从事新型存储技术研究,致力于推动忆阻器以及铁电器件在存储、存内/类脑计算以及硬件安全等多领域的应用和技术转化。发表论文40余篇,其中以第一/共同第一/通讯作者在Nat. Electron.、Nat. Commun.等国际知名期刊上发表共11篇,谷歌学术引用5000余次,研究工作引起国际媒体的广泛关注,被多位专家评价推荐;申请美国专利2项,已授权1项,多项工作正在向工业界转化。入选国家和上海海外高层次青年人才引进计划。
