个人简介
I am a Ph.D. student and research assistant in the Digital Agriculture Research Lab at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in Biological Systems Engineering and minoring in Computer Science. I focus on interdisciplinary research of computational agriculture and deep- & machine learning. Specifically, I do research on multi-source remote sensing data deep fusion and computer-vision-based high-throughput crop phenotyping (quality and yield estimation).
I like and am skilled in operating drones for proximal remote sensing. I have over 7 years of experience in geographic information systems and remote sensing (starting in 2015 as an undergraduate research assistant). I create tools and develop deep- & machine-learning-based models to analyze high-dimensional agricultural data. I use Python, C/C++, C#, Java, and JavaScript, and I am proficient in deep learning and machine learning package or frameworks, including TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, PyG, and Scikit-Learn.
