He is a president of Korean Society of neuroradiology/head and neck radiology and a director of research affairs in Korean Society of Thyroid Radiology. He is a Thyroid Section Editor of Ultrasonography. His academic interests include thyroid intervention and evolution of thyroid nodules and cancers.
