Bio
先后在氧化物高温超导与巨磁电阻材料与器件应用、新型高K/金属栅与CMOS集成技术、新型氧化物阻变(RRAM)与铁电(FEFET)性能器件技术、新型类脑与存算融合器件与人工神经网络系统技术等领域开展研究。在本领域核心期刊和学术会议,包括Nature Electronics、Nature Nanotechnology、Advanced Materials、Nano Lett.、ACS Nano、IEEE EDL, IEEE TED, Appl. Phys. Lett.等期刊以及VLSI、IEDM等学术会议已发表论文300余篇,累计引用超过10000余次。已申请中国发明专利100余项,60余项已获授权;申请国际发明专利10余项,5项已获授权。先后受邀在包括本领域旗舰会议国际电子器件会议(IEDM)等国际学术会议,比利时微电子研究中心(IMEC)、美国应用材料公司(AMAT)、IBM、新加坡数据存储研究所(DSI)等研究机构,做特邀报告30余次。主持完成了国家863计划重大专项课题、国家973项目课题、国家自然科学基金项目等研究任务。曾先后获得国家科技进步二等奖(2008)、教育部科技进步一等奖(2007)、北京市技术发明一等奖(2007)、教育部自然科学二等奖(2019)等奖励。
