个人简介
As a Fellow in Dow Chemical’s Core R&D facility, I am focused on the design of organometallic polyolefin catalysts. Through control of complex ligand frameworks, selection of metal centers, and co-catalyst combinations, I have contributed to the successful commercialization of a number of product families. I have a fundamental understanding of the influence of electronic and steric effects, which has allowed me to tailor the activity of catalytic metal centers to produce novel polyolefin materials. I have further been able to impart temperature stability that has led to dramatic improvements in productivity and energy consumption.
I currently hold 40 U.S. patents related to my areas of research, have authored more than 49 papers that have been published in peer-reviewed journals, and have presented more than 50 invited lectures.
