eroen is leading the Urban Drainage Knowledge Program, with a focus on four overarching research themes: asset management, operational management, system dynamics and new sanitation concepts. Next to this, he is involved in research projects on illicit connections, DTS, stormwater quality, antibiotic resistance, micropollutants, asset management of pressure mains and gully pots and call data analysis.
