Bio
Since my new-born career started, I have always been attracted by planetary sciences and the exploration of the solar system. I had the opportunity to work on different projects related to planetary surfaces: (1) Mars (M.Sc.) at the LPG Nantes in France, (2) Titan (PhD.) at the DLR of Berlin in Germany, and (3) Venus (Postdoc) at Wesleyan University in the United States of America.
I am essentially focused on the analysis of various datasets remotely collected by cameras, spectrometers and radars during space missions, with the aim to retrieve the geomorphology and compositional properties of the major landscapes seen on planetary surfaces. These approaches allow me to reconstruct the geologic evolution and chemical environment of planetary bodies (planets, moons and small bodies), in particular, Mars, Titan and Venus.
