Bio
Jeng-Bang Yau received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Princeton University in 2002. He joined Yale University as a Post-Doctoral Associate in applied physics. He joined the IBM T. J. Watson Research Center in 2006 and has been involved in innovative FDSOI CMOS technologies. His achievements include demonstration of tunable power/performance modulation in thin-body FDSOI enabled by dual-back bias and FDSOI radiation dosimeters. He is currently actively engaged in various advanced research and exploratory works, including SOI lateral bipolar transistors for high-performance and THz applications and superconducting electronics circuits and architectures for energy-efficient computing.
