个人简介
Jelena Marinkov was born in 1993 in Kikinda. She graduated from the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade. She completed her M.A. studies at the same faculty and currently is a P.h.D. student of Language, Literature, Culture, module Serbian Literature at the Faculty of Philology. She won “Đura Đukanov” award for short prose in 2015, “Bal u Elemiru” award for humorous-satirical story in 2017, the first prize in the competition for the best essay about poet Vladislav Petković Dis in 2020 and the second prize for essay about poet Momčilo Nastasijević in 2021. For her first collection of poetry, “Quarantine in Hell” (Književna radionica Rašić, 2021), she was awarded the most prestigious award for young Serbian poets, “Branko’s Award” (“Brankova nagrada”). This poem collection was also shortlisted for the “Milica Stojadinović Srpkinja” award.
