Janine Matschek

Janine Matschek received the bachelor’s and master’s degrees in systems engineering and engineering cybernetics from Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, Magdeburg, Germany, in 2010 and 2013, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in model predictive control and machine learning from University Magdeburg, Magdeburg, 2021. She joined the Technical University of Darmstadt, Darmstadt, Germany, as a Post-Doctoral Researcher, in 2022. Her research interests include machine learning for predictive control and control in medical and industrial robotic applications. Dr. Matschek received the Award for the Best Dissertation of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, in 2021.
