个人简介
James J. Waggitt received the first class B.Sc. degree in marine
biology and coastal ecology and the M.Res. degree with distinction in marine biology from the University of Plymouth,
Plymouth, U.K., in 2009 and 2010, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in marine ecology from the University of
Aberdeen, Aberdeen, U.K., in 2015.
He is now a Research Officer at Bangor University, Menai Bridge, U.K. His research focuses on the behavioral and
environmental factors determining the foraging distribution of seabirds and cetaceans. This research has included the
combination of biologging, observational surveys, and hydrodynamic model data to test hypothesis-driven questions
concerning when and where foraging seabirds and cetaceans are found.
