James R. Churilla, Ph.D., MPH, M.S., FACSM is a Professor of Clinical Exercise Physiology and Physical Activity Epidemiology in the Brooks College of Health at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL. Dr. Churilla is the Graduate Program Director for the MSH in Kinesiology & Lifestyle Medicine. His research focuses on physical activity, sedentary behavior, cardiometabolic health and heart failure. Dr. Churilla and his wife have two boys.
