Bio
Study of retinal function—especially in animals or in patients who are too young or too disabled to complete standard visual tests—has been my central research area since my graduate training in Northeastern University (NU)’s Department of Psychology. I use electroretinographic (ERG), advanced ocular imaging, molecular biological, histological, and anatomical tests. I consider myself a systems neuroscientist.
