Jaemyung Lim (Member, IEEE) received the bachelor ’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Hanyang University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2011, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), Atlanta, GA, USA, in 2013 and 2017, respectively. He developed a wireless read-out system-on-a-chip for intravascular ultrasound imaging with capacitive micromachined ultrasonic transducers. He joined Apple Inc., Cupertino, CA, USA, as a Circuit Designer in 2017. His research interests include microelectromechanical system interface integrated circuit (IC), analog and mixed circuit design, wireless data communication, power management IC, and machine learning hardware accelerator.
