I have an extensive experience in the analysis and management of high-dimensional, high-throughput biological data collected with wearable devices in both children and adults.
I have contributed to the field of sub-second wearable accelerometry analysis in medicine and public health by introducing measures, statistical methods, and algorithms crafted for the extraction of characteristics of walking strides and ambulation in older adults, including low-mobility individuals.
