Jinkyoung Yoo

Jinkyoung Yoo received the B.S. degree in materials science and engineering from the Pohang University of Science and Technology, Pohang, Korea, in 2003, where he is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree. In 2003, he joined the National Creative Research Initiative Center for Semiconductor Nanorods, Seoul, Korea, where he is involved in research of fabrications and optical properties of semiconductor nanorod heterostructures for nanoscale photonic devices. His current research interests include the growth of semiconductor nanorod heterostructures and the fabrication of photonic devices based on semiconductor nanorod heterostructures.
