Bio
Dr. Bonaccorsi is Assistant Professor of Food Chemistry at the University of Messina since 1998. Graduated, with honours, in Chemistry in 1995 at the University of Messina.
From January to July 1996 intern at the Ingredient Control Laboratories of the Coca-Cola Company under the supervision of Dr. Terence Radford, to apply the analytical and sensorial evaluation of ingredients used in soft drinks. During the same period she collaborated with Dr Benjamin Clark and Theresa Chamblee, at the Research and Development Department of the Coca-Cola Company and also collaborated with the Flavour Development Department, particularly with Charles Stephens for the creation of new flavours in soft drinks. In 1997 she was awarded a scholarship to work for a one yearpostdoc at the VAtech (Blacksburg, VA) under the supervision of Dr. Harold McNair. Since 1998 she thought numerous courses at the University of Messina in Food Chemistry.
