Ioan Alexandru Ivan

Ioan Alexandru Ivan received the Engineering degree in physics from the University of Bucharest, Bucharest, Romania, in 1999, and the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics from the University of Besançon, Besançon, France, in 2006. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Ecole Nationale d’Ingenieurs de Saint-Etienne, Saint-Etienne, France, which is a part of the University of Lyon, Lyon, France. He is associated with the LTDS Laboratory, and also with the Valahia University of Targoviste, Târgovişte, Romania. He was a Marie Curie Fellow of the FEMTO-ST Institute, Besancon, France. His research interests include various piezoelectric micromechatronic and microrobotic systems.
