Development of advanced MR methods for evaluation of compartment-specific microstructural properties in the brain in health and disease. Main focus - developing methods of diffusion weighted magnetic resonance spectroscopy (DWS), to study how disease and other processes selectively affect the mobility of brain metabolites, such as N-acetylaspartate, glutamate, creatine, choline etc.
